awarded to “5094 Pte O McClement 1st Bn Ryl Sco Fus”.
Medal with edge bruising and some polishing, NVF condition.
Private Oliver McClement was born in Greenock, Renfrew. He attested for the Royal Scots Fusiliers on 17th August 1896. He only served overseas in India with the regiment and is confirmed as receiving the Indian General Service medal with these two clasps. He completed a Mounted Infantry course in 1902. He was discharged to the Army Reserve in 1904.
