Crimea Group of 3 - Crimea Medal with bars Alma, Balaklava, Inkerman, Sebastopol, Turkish Crimea Medal (Sardinia Issue), and Army LSGC Medal (suspender broken) to 4601 Pte John Sawyer 2nd Bn Grenadier Guards.
The Crimea is engraved 'Pte JN Sawyer Gren'r Guards' the LSGC is impressed and the Turkish Crimea is regimentally impressed 4601 J. Sawyer, 2B G.G. Comes with copy service papers which show that John Sawyer enlisted at Marlborough, Wiltshire and went on and served 21 years and 212 days, was in posession of 5 Good Conduct Badges and also was subsequently a (Chelsea) Inpensioner from February 1891. He died in January 1897. All medals and clasps confirmed on papers.
