Edmund Victor Joseph Grace

When Edmond Victor Joseph Grace was born on April 3rd, 1896, in Montréal, Quebec, his father, James, was 34 and his mother, Anne, was 30. He had two sisters. He studied Applied Science at McGill University 1915-16. He joined The Royal Naval Air Service and was a pilot in No. 10 Squadron. He was shot down whilst on patrol over Ypes and was killed on September 19, 1917, at the age of 21, and was buried in Arras, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. He was the brother to Callista Grace who married Samuel Arthur Hutchinson.
