George VI Memorial Cross to R.S.M. L.H. Pengelley, Royal Canadian Regiment
With service file. Lewis Henry Pengelley was born in Kimberley, South Africa. Entitled to the Efficiency Medal, as well as WW2 CVSM and War Medal. Died in Canada 6th April 1944 He served as an Instructor at the Canadian Armoured Fighting Vehicles School.
Death due to service, but died of disease (Nephritis), did not serve overseas.
