Gilt brass disc mounted with nickel silver Eagle on Waterloo tablet. Single flat loop to reverse. A little polishing to highpoints. The eagle, authorised 13th March 1838, commemorates the capture of the French standard of the 45th Veteran Regiment of the Line at Waterloo by Sgt Charles Ewart .
