Ira Chester Andrick was born in Forestville, Shenandoah, Virginia, USA on 2 DEc. 1888. A Farmer, he attested with the 65th Battalion in Saskatoon, SK. He was killed in action by shellfire during an attack on the enemy trenches at Vimy on 1st March 1917.

He is buried in La Chaudiere Military Cemetery, Vimy, France.
