A Canadian Air Force Officer's Side Cap Badge 1920-1924; Four-piece construction, unmarked, silver wings flanking a CAF cypher above a ribbon banner inscribed in Latin "SIC ITUR AD ASTRA" (Go To The Stars), overlaying a copper base with maple leaf and crown, red embroidery in the crown. A very good quality badge, die stamped with very good details with a felt backer.
