Felix enlisted at Newry, Co. Down on 25 June 1845, Labourer, was also awarded a Crimean War medal with clasps for Alma & Inkerman and Sebastopol as well as a Long Service Medal. With electronic research showing that he was confirmed present at the Battle of Azimgurh.
