538. Sergt. H. Biss. 1/13th Foot., engraved in sloping capitals,
With three pieces of regimental insignia, a 13th Foot Helmet Plate, very dark toned, bent lugs with some traces of lustre but relic condition and a Pair of Somerset Light Infantry Shoulder Epaulettes, both are mothed.
Serjeant H. Biss served with the 1st Battalion / 13th Foot, Somerset Light Infantry, and is confirmed on the medal roll.
Ex Dr. S. M. Kaplan, of Germiston, South Africa, purchased on 7 May, 1969 by Dennis Trotter.
