With a page of research listing his service with a copy photo. Arthur Augustus Higgins was born in 1887 in Plymouth, Devon, served at Hutland aboard the Flagship HMS Iron Duke. He was presented with his LSGC Medal in Feb 1931. Awarded a Coronation Medal in 1937 whilst serving aboard HMS Rodney. Died 1st Feb 1967 at Plymouth, many photos etc, on ancestry.
