Cyril Stutfield was born circa 1880 in London and served in the 70th (Scottish Sharpshooters) Company 18th Battalion Imperial Yeomanry. He was discharged medically unfit 28/02/1902, intended residence his father’s address in Hampstead. Post war he moved to Seattle, Washington, USA and was employed in the Insurance industry. He applied for naturalization in June 1918 and married an American woman, with whom they had at least 2 children.
