Alfred Morgan was born on 2nd December 1886 in St. Andrews,
Scotland. He joined the CEF on 5th June 1915 at Vernon, British Columbia having seen previous three years service in Q.V.B.R.S. His occupation was given as "Civil Engineer".


He was Killed in Action on 26th September 1916 whilst serving with the 7th Battalion who were involved in the Battle of Thiepval Ridge on the Somme as part of the 1st Canadian Division. Alfred Morgan is commemorated on the Vimy Memorial.
