dated 1930; Canadian Legion Medal for Vimy Pilgrimage 1936.
 
Arthur Herbert Gibbs was born in Norwich, Norfolk, England 19th July 1891 and was a Mechanic by occupation living in Hamilton, Ontario when he attested on 18th January 1916. he originally served in the 129th Battalion but was transferred to the 134th then 4th Battalion and finally 3rd Bn. Canadian Machine Gun Corps. He was not wounded but was hospitalized in December 1918 with influenza, however he made a good recovery.
