Harry Augustus Webb was born 5th May 1881 in Battersea, London, UK, occupation Porter prior to joining the Navy. He served in the Royal Navy from 1898-1909 and was a pre-war member of the 90th Winnipeg Rifles. His civilian occupation was a Broker. He served in the 27th Battalion in charge of the machine Gun Section and then as the Brigade Machine Gun Officer in the 6th Brigade. He died in Vancouver, B.C. on 24th October 1963.
