WW1 CEF Trio to Scott, 1st Battalion / Canadian Forestry Corps

David Scott, born Montrose, Scotland, attested Set. 20th 1914 at Valcartier. stating prior service of 3 years in the 42nd Black Watch and 9 years in 2nd - BR ? a Blacksmith by occupation. (Later stated as Letter Carrier on re-enlistment).

He was discharged as medically unfit in 1916. He appears to of married in Scotland as his next of kin when he re-enlisted in October 1916 was a Jessie Scott, of Montrose.

He served in France in the Canadian Forestry Corps, and was wounded in the left arm. Papers confirm the different units on medals,
