A very good Victorian white metal die-stamped example, circa 1874-1888, with a phoenix rising from a flaming crown sitting above a regimental title scroll inscribed ‘North Mayo’,
The reverse lacking one its two loops, otherwise excellent condition.
Became the 3rd Battalion Connaught Rangers in July 1881.
